The shooter is dead, along with 18 kids and 7 other adults. The police have 2nd person in custody but are not calling him a suspect, but he is being questioned.

Sickening. I have no words to explain the pain or shock as I have kids the very same age. When we send our kids to school at age 4, 5, etc. we jtrust they are in the safest environment. No place in America is safe anymore from sick criminals who want to inflict pain or death on others. There is nothing we (nor the government) can do except have faith and trust in the One who holds these kids in His hands and rear up our children to do the same.
I didnt see any reports of AR's, just two 9mm hangduns, a glock and a sig. Did get the report of commando'ed out attire though.

Other shootings like malls and banks and students doing the shooting at schools are, I dont know the word best to describe it but I will say "believable". A parent or any adult going into an elementary school and shooting children is exactly what I said above, unthinkable.

This is just horrible!!!!!! Makes for a sad day..
My Gosh! What could get into someones mind to hurt little children? Makes me want to go home for the rest of the day and cuddle my 15 month old. God bless the families of the fallen.

News reports are now coming out that another body has been found at the shooters home. Unconfirmed reports say its the shooters mother.
