Who gives a **** about fun, im not sticking my head in the sand and praying to spaghetti monsters in the sky to stop a virus.

Science and math do not equate with religion except to refute its authenticity.

Seems you are not informed enough to know that at least half all scientist and doctors believe in God, and that most atheist find God on their deathbed. From a Pew reseach poll.

"A survey of scientists who are members of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, conducted by the Pew Research Center for the People & the Press in May and June 2009, finds that members of this group are, on the whole, much less religious than the general public.1 Indeed, the survey shows that scientists are roughly half as likely as the general public to believe in God or a higher power. According to the poll, just over half of scientists (51%) believe in some form of deity or higher power; specifically, 33% of scientists say they believe in God, while 18% believe in a universal spirit or higher power."

I guess we'll have to stay in a state of emergency until we conquer the spread of the flu, or even dysentery. I didn't realize how many children die in the US due to dysentery. World wide 2200 die each day to dysentery.
2200 You gotta be sh***ng me!

I’m one of these- educated in Geology and a 35 year career as a Hydrogeologist / Geoscientist. I believe that creation by a divine being (God) occurred through evolution. In fact, creation is still occurring today through evolution. What is more wondrous and awe inspiring: poof and the heavens, earth, animals, and man was created; or poof the design, complexity, and adaptability of evolution was set into motion? The evolutionary process seems much more worthy of an divine being.
