Nope. Totally illegal. Even if you get out of your vehicle and walk to the fence/property line, you will be in violation. You are either shooting from the road or trespassing.

Absolutely not. You don't know your backstop or occupancy. I've had bullets zing by my head on more than one occasion. And I can shoot my own coyotes, thank you.
