Lake Ponca has two heated docks now. A new one was installed this summer. Both heated in the winter and cooled in the summer.

FYI. The hybrid white bass are biting at Overholser. I got to go for about 2.5 hrs and caught six smaller ones. Seen several large ones caught. White and chartreuse swim bait worked for me.
Man I need to get out soon. A few years back a buddy of mine and I were catching those suckers faster than you could bait a hook using chicken livers, believe it or not. We filled out limits in 3 hours that day. I’ll always remember that.
Hybrids love chicken livers. Lots of folks use them for bait.
Been too busy fishing and forgot to post updates. Fishing have been good all over. I've been catching hybrids at Overholser, sandies and hybrids at Hefner. Lots of crappie fishing at Arcadia. Now is the time to get out and fish if you are not doing so.
I planned a trip two weeks ago to hit bass beds up in Northern Oklahoma... it was below freezing three of them days with two fronts moving through before and after. Still, it sure beat being at work.
