Good looking top!!!! I am taking my Ranger Crew and heading to Red River in exactly one week. Any advise or tips? We have never been and took a UTV. I have only ever driven through Red River.

There are many great trails. The most technical I went on was the one to goose lake. During the week was the best because there were very few out. The weekend however not so much. Do you have your ranger titled in Oklahoma and have the off road sticker? There are places in red river that sell trail maps. You can also Google the main trails. Where will you be staying?

Goose lake is a great place and trout are pretty easy to catch. Very scenic but the road is incredibly rough unless they fixed it from last year. We rented a UTV in Red River that was a utility vehicle type with little suspension and the belt was slipping.
If you haven't been to some off road trails, in Colorado, you should visit. Hurricane pass, California pass, and Corkscrew pass all are at the 13'000 ft level or slightly below. Silverton, Ouray area.

This was the best part of Corkscrew pass. It got horribly worse from here on out for about 10 miles.

Called Hurricane pass because the wind is typically at close to Hurricane speeds.

Record snowfalls this last winter resulted in many avalanches taking tons of trees and rocks downhill with them.

On the way, we decided to alter the minds of snowflakes......
