I dislike ups, prefer fedex. But I despise usps package service. Everytime a shipper sends something usps I have to wonder if I am going to get my stuff. I have had 3 packages lost by them in the past 7 years. 1 package showed as delivered and it took 3 days to finally find the package still at the post office. My mail guy is horrible.

It probably went to the wrong house, my gf's $1800 laptop went to some random house around the block. The house number wasn't even close but thank god the sweet stay at home mom called our phone number from off the packing sheet and then brought it over.

UPS guy came back and didn't even apologize. He just justified why he did it, "mistakes happen" doesn't go well with me.

I had a package taken off my front porch one time. Since then, I have everything delivered to my office. My friend runs the mail room, so I never have a problem here.
I do however feel bad for the thief of the original package. They had to be disappointed to open up the box and find a purple toilet brush, some purple rags & a pink set of tools.

mistakes do happen... I have over 165 stops today, if I misdeliver 1 stop I'm still 99%... but that's rare

however, whoever sent a $1800 laptop without requiring a signature, that wouldn't go well with me

anytime I pick up a package insured for $1000 and above, I gotta sign paperwork
