They should have done a lot of things differently. Whether they were told to stand down, assisted those entering the Capitol, or what the answer might be, a lot of people are wishing they hadn't entered. I'm sure her relatives wish she hadn't either. By the way, the guy banging on the glass had what most would consider a lethal weapon. I would have shot him before I shot her. We can all armchair quarterback what happened that day. Personally, I was embarrassed to be a Trump supporter when I saw all the fat idiots in red hats climbing on the Capitol. In one day they gave the media and all the Trump haters ammunition to paint his supporters exactly as they had been falsely reporting previously. The saddest day in his entire 4 years.

Because it doesn't matter SON.... were they serving a no-knock matters and was the subject of discussion. Again, because I don't know what size bus you rode to school --- the warrant was approved as no-knock. The cops were told to execute it as an announce though. On scene the cops says they announced. One flaky witness said they did. That's a looooot of doubt.
And there's no one (or maybe a small percentage) here on the board that's going to say "oh I heard people breaking into my house in the night and didn't shoot" so yeah, it doesn't matter you travesty. That's why he was never charged, because he was acting in self defense.

Once the cop had enough of her not obeying he went to put her under arrest. She should have went peacefully whether he was right or not. Even if the lawsuit is true couldn't it have been filed and won after being arrested. So easy a caveman can do it
Watched it again. What is wrong with not taking the blood and being arrested and filing the appropriate measures against the officer or agency. So easy a caveman can do it.
Again it seems you didn't watch the video or didn't understand it. She was on the phone with this officer's supervisor.
She was in the middle of the discussion and the officer threw a fit, says "we're done" and just grabbed and manhandled her. I didn't hear a "you're under arrest" in that initial grab for her phone. HE escalated the issue, not her.

Do you wonder WHY the cop was so demanding about the blood test? Go ahead....do a little research and defend these heroes some more.
