Did any of you ever think about the possibility of more than one perpetrator? Blind one, become a target for the second. Think people. There's a reason most patrol officers don't have weapon mounted lights.

Let me guess....you dont know many midnight shift officers do you? I can tell you with certainty that most MOST officers that work in the dark have weapon mounted lights, and MULTIPLE flashlights. Dayshift and evening shifters dot need them as much. Go Look at Guthrie Stillwater Edmond pd's. All are issued weapon lights even if they are not on tac teams....Just sayin. Your logic is right but not for LEO.
