just buried my little dog in the back yard and started on a bottle of tequila thats been opened and in my cabinet for 8 years.thats how long it's been since i drank. may be a drunkard by the time i'm done.
I'm sorry to hear of your loss. I've been down that road more times than I care to count, and will be there many more times before my life is out, I suspect.
Can't tell you about the tequila, as I'm not a drinking man. But try and think of the good times you had with your buddy, and realize he's in a better place now. Time will help.
Sorry for the loss. We lost our two scottish terriers last year(old age). They were brother and sister. Tough on us to say the least. First time in 30 years we have not had Scotties around the house. I think my wife is about ready to get another scottie or two. Too darn quiet around the homestead with no canine companions.
I think I agree with you that you should have a conversation with your Mexican cousin, Mr. Cuervo or the like... sounds like a good idea.
