This is bunk. The mark-up on dog food is miniscule. We only stock it for the convenience of our clients, I could certainly find a more profitable product to put in it's spot.

Hill's (Science Diet) has done more research, and advanced pet nutrition, far more than any other dog food company, period.

Now there are a lot of good quality foods out there (and a few crappy ones). Every dog is an individual, some will do better on one than another. I recommend finding one your dog does well on, and stick with it.

The dog on my icon here eats hot dogs everyday. Hot dogs are cheaper than "dog food". And the puppy brand of pedigree. She will also eat just about anything a person will eat, cookies, biscuits, and as always, any kind of meat.
