We pretty much stopped eating out except for special occasions.

I can't remember the burger joint in Owasso we went too but we spent over $50 for a quick lunch without any appetizers or alcoholic drinks. That was for 2 okay-ish burgers, fries and teas.
Ron’s Hamburger? That was the first place I noticed years ago that prices were crazy high for their chicken chunk basket.

If these prices are current, they are inline with most now, I guess. $7.00 for an order of fries?!?

It's crazy how prices are so high. Can't even blame it on the 15 dollar an hour employees.
Not union jobs, either.

Is it just dumb young entitled kids that don't want to work? Joe Biden? Kamala?

Can we make sure to revisit this thread in two years and see how things change?
I will wager prices will not fall, but wages will increase, with inflation subsiding.
Inflation will never go away. Trumps best year was 2% or something near that. Prices still rose, but not as fast as the FJB inflation.
Wages kept up or beat inflation during Trumps first term which is important as inflation never stops.
Wages have to increase to match or beat it.
