Nope but i usually wear leather steel toed boots, today i was lazy and threw on tennis shoes and i paid for it big time.
It should start feeling better in a few days. Try and keep it slightly elevated through the night tonight. Just slightly above your heart level. Keep it clean till its healed up. You will be back up and running in no time.

Today sucks balls already, the pain woke me up at 4 am and took me 1.5 hrs to fall asleep only to have my alarm go off and wake me up 10 mins later. Thank you for the offer

Take your pain pills ON TIME for the next 48 hours or so. Don't try to tough it out. If you take them as prescribed and not let the pain get out of control they won't stop it but they will take the edge off enough that you can rest.
I'm not gonna call you because I don't want to wake you if you are finally getting some rest but, at the risk of sounding like a broken record, CALL ME if you need to.
But not right this second ... I am going to get in the shower! LOL
