In no particular order:

The Hunters - I love F-86s
Bridges at Toko-Ri. Loved the flying. Hated the ending.
The Enemy Below
Kelly's Heroes
The Battle of Britain
Tora Tora Tora
Midway
Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo - true to the book.
Patton
633 Squadron
Von Ryan's Express
Hanover Street - a sleeper
The Longest Day
Strategic Air Command

Does Sound of Music count??

Yes. I like the fact Stallone seems to be closing the books on his characters. Rambo is excellent.

Not a military movie, but one of my favorite gun movies, The Way of the Gun. The badguys (which the movie focuses on) actually carry and draw their weapons in and from IWB holsters instead of the usual Hollywood crap of pulling them out of either their waist band or thin air.
