I like cholula. A little bit of heat but a little more forgiving than tobasco.

I'm an "Other" guy. Small batch made by my cuz.

Looks good, I get some stuff called Wiley One Sauce too from a guy with a pepper farm out by lake thunderbird. He has many flavors.

Slap Ya Mama. It's spotty to find it at regular stores but Academy always has the wet and dry. We use both frequently.

I chose Tabasco on the list, but I'll use any of those on the list. My favorite is Melinda's habanero carrot based sauce. I love hatch green chilies and keep a shaker of cayenne pepper on the dinner table.

I make my own Tabasco sauce. Tabasco pepper, salt. ferment and add vinegar to pH of 4 .

Authentic Nawlins flavor in a bottle since 1923, Perfect. The rest are just posers and imposters to me.

Crystal is very highly rated by independent sources yet I've never tried it...
