I think the Library they will shuffle inventory from any other Library...so dont limit yourself to just the local one! That's the only part of Cabelas I ever want to go see!

BP hasn't really carried much I like for years, I just wanted to hear from you guys. I'd like to buy a TS12 (can't find a dealer).

Although I do not promote CC's myself, I like cash and debt free. However, I do have a BPS Capital One CC, I use it for online purchases and business travel, I can also build up a few thousand a year in points. If I had to promote any CC I guess it would be Capital One, don't get me wrong, I am not suggesting get a CC, if it weren't for expensive business trips, I would just use my debit card for online purchases. But - the owner of Capital One, Richard Fairbanks, from what I have heard, is a loyal family man, I believe a Christian man (maybe maybe not), and an outdoors man. So, I hope all of that is true because I do use his card. But if you don't need one for a specific reason, don't use them! That's just my opinion.

I also have a BP/Cabelas card that I use and pay in full every month. So, no interest to them. Can use the card anywhere, however, you do get extra points when you use Cenex fuel --- which I've done on vacations in other parts of the USA. I've bought some mighty fine things at the Cabelas store with their points. I can say that I haven't been able to save up enough points (without spending them first) to have a total of $1700 at one time. I commend the focus of the OP to not spend them beforehand!!

So, to me, it's free money because I accumulate 95% of the points at places other than Cabelas.
