I've yet to be impressed by any of our latest republican presidents and generally don't support them but this insanity over anything that looks, tastes or smells gun related is the most ridiculous crap I've seen yet so obviously the other side of the coin is equally or possibly even more inept!

This crap about being charged for an inoperable shotgun shell, an empty brass casing or whatever is what I expect out of Russia or North Korea. Our government has obviously lost track of reality, hopefully our next election will install some common sense, although, they've yet to instill much hope of that from the last 20 years.

What in the world does this have to do with republican presidents? This administration has never tried to hide from the fact that they abhor the 2nd ammendment.

Washington D.C. is locally governed since 1973. But, Congress has ultimate authority to govern the city and could intervene to see that laws are modified. No particular president or party in Congress has created the ridiculous laws in D.C. but Congress certainly has the power to put a stop to them.
