I keep one box, just to test 22lr guns that I buy. If they will feed the Rem Gold, they will shoot anything. I have never had good luck with it. I will pay a couple $ more to buy Federal, or Winchester. Not saying it is bad, but I do not like it.

I have had lots of problems with the Winchester also. Mine seem to only like CCI and federal.

Remington has poor QC. Seems as tho any brand that really cranks out alot of rounds has dropped in quality over the years. In my experience the CCI is good all around ammo.

Generally speaking you will have more misfires on the cheaper rimfire ammo. Priming compound is spun into the rim of a rimfire during manufacture. If not done properly it makes a difference in accuracy and reliability. QC and slowing down the rate of manufacture cost money.

Just ranback into Wally World to grab a couple of things. Ran by the ammo and it is all gone. The lady said one guy bought it all. I guess if you see a bunch of Remmy 225 packs pop up, you know who bought them.

Yea. It is hard to beat CCI. Most of what I buy is Federal. I have good luck with it.

The federal runs great in mine. I like it also, usually it's a little cheaper. I take what I can get right now! I got 2100 rounds of the federal from Cabelas the other day, should be here the 14th.
