Good on Stitt for going over the inane bureaucracy slow-walking what the voters want. A skeptic would say state officials just don't want the measure to pass and are doing whatever they can to trip it up.......

I've never tried the stuff and don't intend to. Seems harmful. But it's also....a plant. Government has no business locking people up for growing/possessing/selling/buying a plant.

You should see one of the grow operations out here.. the barns are under ground so the temperature inside is lower.

Probably a bit harder to grow out here in the Panhandle though I imagine.

The dumb ***** in our area didn't factor in the Oklahoma winds. Most of the pot farms with plastic roofs had them dismantled during the spring winds ruining their crops. I guess the ones in your area are a little smarter.

If you’re talking to me about getting all huffy puffy about Stitt ya better go back and read all the posts in this thread. I never commented on him one way or another.

My comments are generic in nature and directed toward the multitude of self-proclaimed Rs that bash Stitt from every angle imaginable, not just in this thread, but in multiple threads in this forum. It's silly to me.
If I figured that I'd point you out specifically, then I'd call out you out by name, so please don't read into it. But if you want to think so, well, ok. I can't do much about that.

like i said, like it or not, you have to accept the reality. that everyone high school age or older has been able to and has be getting "illegal" mary jane for *at least* the last 60 years in this nation.

like i said, *literal children* aren't afraid to violate the law and say "screw it". those children grew up. realized everyone did it. realized their parents did it. realized they could just vote to make it legal, and democracy would no doubt win.

it did.

compare this to gun laws where it's "okay, i'll turn in my bump stock, brace, binary trigger. i don't want to break any laws. i support red flag laws." etc etc.

make fun of stoners all you want; they are getting things DONE. pretty funny for people with a label of being lazy.

Heroin is a plant too.........

Opium poppies are the plant. They are actually one of the prettiest flowers you'll ever see, especially in a crop. It's amazing the sea of color produced in a poppy field; it's like nothing you've ever seen. Opium and Heroin are derived from the sap/resin.

Kind of funny that one of the greatest drugs known to man (morphine) comes from the same plant as probably the worst drug known to man (heroin).

That's true. Poppy seeds also are on our hamburger buns.

He tested hot and was fired. (prior to the one test go to rehab and second test hot fired)

On the way out the door with his tool box he "stumbled and fell", claiming another injury that was also successful.
In his 30's then, and has never worked another day in his life. Probably eligible for SS now. Every event was staged.

There was none until obama put the tax on that segment of medical supplies.
My son was making good money selling that equipment until obummer screwed up that business.
