no deal, but not hard to tell the buyer this info too. Might hasten him to produce the cash also. A simple, yes I can sell it for that, but until we have a done deal, then the item is for sale. Communication is key, leave out the assumptions on either part.

With the weekend and the holiday tomorrow, some people might not be able to withdraw that much from an ATM and need to wait until their branch is open on Tuesday to get cash. Just my thoughts...

That is a very good point. He may have come to the show not expecting to buy anything.
