I have people do this with cars. Sometimes I'll haggle more on the price, because I want the money NOW. So I agree to come down, then they tell me they will have money in a few days...GRRRR... then I tell them that deal was for today, and that I'm not holding the car for them. If I still have it when they have money, then my original price applies. Amazing how they then often manage to come up with money.
