I have lived on both sides of this country, born in CA grew up in CT, back to CA and then landed here in okie land in 1979.
A few years ago I did the ancestry thing being bored and all, turns out I have strong family lines from the shawnee area that go back a long time that I never new about and was never spoken about for some odd reason.
Even found my paternal great grandfathers grave in Dale, and surprise theres a lot of folks there that share my last name.
I may not have been born here but my roots are from here, so this is home.
