How to cook bacon. Ya'll may give me hell about it but nobody had ever taught me and usually a woman will do this for you, but when you dont have a woman around you gotta do things yourself. Wright brand maple bacon.....so good. The breakfast of champions.

I have been cooking bacon for years, still cant seem to get it JUST right.

You wont hear that from any of the people eating the bacon I cook, that is just how I feel. LOL

I press my Bacon too, I don't want any of that wrinkly cafeteria crap. And it seems to fry up best on the griddle, the skillet just doesn't get the job done as well.
