I expect it'll get ridiculous, we've had to have units patrol the neighborhood because people have been showing up and demanding to inspect the guns before the auction.
Seems like a lot of real estate auctions go for market value, then you have to fix the damage of 20 or so years w/o repairs and foundation issues. There's a reason the property is being auctioned... Values can be had, just don't get stupid!
Won’t know till you show! I went to one once and picked up a fine 30-40 Krag for $85! Years ago they were decent to go, but agree now days they can get stupid!
