I have a S&W 22A with the 5.5" barrel. I love that gun. I will probably buy another one in the few months with the 7" barrel. Great gun. I've shot about 1000 rounds in my and maybe had 3 or 4 FTF and that was most likely the ammo's fault.

I am also looking for another .22 to go plinking and paper killing. I just got rid of my S&W 22A with the 5" bull barrel for a dirt cheap price. I was really happy with it for the first couple of months of shooting it, then suddenly it was spending more time at the repair shop then at the range. So i am now going to be buying a Buckmark. I have heard quite a bit of good things about the Buckmark that I figured I would give it a try. No 22A for me.
