Ig is right. It is fashionable to hate Muslims in the guise of national security.

I must have missed where he said he "hated" them. Unless you are confusing that with being nervous on a plane with someone in arabic garb...

Great misdirection

On the bit about cutting NPR funding, while I am sure they will not miss that 1 or 2%, I am equally sure the taxpayer would not mind having that $420 million they got last year or the $608 million they asked for this year go to a better cause.

Just think, with that kind of money Obama and cronies could create about 24 jobs. :lmfao:

Throw in Arab garb, the term "Sharia," and Muslim and it is now "OK" to make comments and judgments that once wouldn't have been tolerated.

Some of our state legislators will only be happy when Oklahoma is a blue eyed blonde headed homeland.

Then where will we get our cabbage rolls and hummus? :ooh2:

Williams is lucky to be out of that NPR box of one party hegemony. Now he's at FOX NEWS.

I seriously doubt that he meant any harm, but look at what he said. He's nervous around people in Muslim attire on a plane.

Were the 9/11 hijackers in Muslim attire?
How bout the shoe bomber?
The christmas underwear bomber who successfully set his own ass on fire?

None of these people were announcing to the world that they were "first and foremost Muslim."
They made themselves as inconspicuous as possible.

When I'm flying, I'm nervous around people dressed in Muslim attire because of terrorist acts committed by people who weren't in Muslim attire.

There is a place where everyone agrees on this logic, and that place is FOX NEWS.
