What part of "shall not be infringed" do those bastards not get??? 🤬🤬🤬
The whole part.

I have to wonder if the ATF and the local officers actually executed the warrant after they executed Brian Malinowski, or if they went back home with the actual intent of the raid accomplished. You know, like what happened to the Branch Dravidians in Waco TX, or the botched raid at Ruby Ridge.

Why, in the name of all that is holy, righteous, and in compliance with common sense, was the ATF agency INTENTIONALLY created to violate any added article of the Constitution for the United States? What are employees of the Constitution for the United States up to that they fear the people so much that they want all of us to be disarmed? Only dictators, tyrants and despots need fear retribution from the people they reign power over. They fit the definition, don't they.

DOJ, FBI, ATF, they all use this same ruse. "We can't comment because there's an ongoing investigation." This is pure BS. They slow walk these so called "investigations" until the statute of limitations expires then they let them die on the vine. Several of Hunter Biden's charges expired during his "investigations. Detteltwat keeps saying the Arkansas State Police is investigating so, sadly he can't comment. They are investigating to see if any crime was committed that's all. There's absolutely no reason the ATF can't comment on whether or not their agents followed legal protocol. That's a separate issue from whether any crime was committed and they damn well could comment on it immediately. They don't want to though because they know even if there's a criminal referral the DOJ won't do a thing. I recall when Nixon's Attorney General resigned rather than politicize his office at Nixons request. Starting with The Rapist Clinton then on steroids with Obama bin Laden they've completely and without any constitutional restraint weaponized the DOJ.

And just about any other agency or department - except for those agencies and departments designed to secure a voting block for themselves....
