So, I'm running my 2nd 5k ever tomorrow. I ran my first last week in 34:02. I started walking October 5th and could barely walk for 8 minutes. Now I'm jogging several minute stretches at a time, doing inclines and keeping my heart rate up for 30-40 minutes several times per week. I haven't lost much weight, but I feel better and my pants aren't so snug. Glad to be out there trying to get healthier.
