It's a tarp.

Walmart tire/lube express and Walmart pharmacies are a trap to get you to shop while you wait. Go to a local tire shop. Go to a local pharmacy. Skip the headache.

Worst part about it is the tire had a slow leak I stopped at my local tire shop for a shot of air as my tires are not far from being replaced, then I head to walmart and when I get here I see I've ran over what looks like a big pop rivet and stuck using their crappy shop, local shop would of had me on my way in 10 min or less

I was over in the Claremore area a while back and decided to stop in at Walmart to put a new set of skins on my old pickup truck. They did not have 4 my size, but called the Pryor store. Yep, they had 4. It was on my way home, so I drove over to the Pryor Wal-mart, yep, we can have you ready to go in 2 1/2 to 3 hours. What? It seemed they had one person in the shop and he was trying to explain how bad a set of new wipers was needed to an oil change customer, so they were backed up.

I had something to do later that evening that if they were a little late it would put me in a time crunch. I decided to drive down closer to home and stopped by Gary's tires in Wagoner. The outside guy asked what I needed, I said I needed a set of 4 new tires, he said "pull up here". I went inside and selected what I wanted to buy and walked back out to my truck.

They already had the front jacked up, both wheels off and were pulling the first old tire off the rim. I had a new set of Goodyear's and was on the way home in less than 30min. It cost a few $ more, but it was well worth while for me to not waste the time waiting or to have to make an additional trip back to Walmart.
