Sounds like Sig Attorneys' have job security in Appeals processes coming up.

I wonder if that dudes attorney can help me get some money for that Hole I put in bedroom ceiling back in Junior High.
I did not have a sig, it was my Grandpa's 1946 Remington Bolt Action tube fed 22. I swear my finger was nowhere near the trigger when it went off.
Duress and Stress it put on My dear Mother, Who in break neck speed came to check on me afterwards.
A settlement for her should be in the Millions I would think.

As for Me I went on to blow a hole in the floorboard of my Brother in Laws Datsun PU, a couple of years later. It was a Single shot Hammer fire 410. loaded with #4 buckshot, I never even touched the trigger on that gun either while I was messing with the hammer. I mean I was cycling the action to feel the clicks, but when it discharged it was completely random.
The Old Gentleman who was walking in front of the pickup at that precise moment of discharge should also receive a pretty good settlement for the Mental Stress he went thru. I am glad He laughed it off.
He was probably really scared Crapless, thinking I had a weapon and He did not. He might of been thinking that little ******* might have another round. He should have been able to tell from my Hoot owl eyes that I was more scared than he was. I was having visions of going to Big Mac, because he immediately began to fake a limp while he went into the convenience store we were sitting in front of. He never missed a beat or even looked at me. He just kept moving and went inside, limping. I ran into the store afraid he was bleeding out in there. It was a great relief to find he was laughing when I ran in.
By the way I now prefer #4 High Brass in a 410 or a 12 gauge, when I want to load for varmints. I know what #4 High Brass can do, It will not only put a Hole thru sheet metal, it will put a sizeable impression in a frame rail on a pickup after going thru sheet metal.
