It wasnt me! But i do know who it was.
This is wrong on so many levels. The fact that the kid was special needs dosnt help either.
Several other kids were disciplined for commenting and liking on the tweet without reporting it to school officials.

I don't about the child porn part, I don't think there was intent for Porn. That said, why do high school kids have such a desire to embarass other kids? Especially when it comes to dropping a duece? They act like they don't do it and make of other kids. I hated having to drop the kids off at the pool while at school for fear of some a-hole doing some a-holish. And people wonder why kids show up at school and shoot people. Because other kids are aholes. I never took part in hazing, in fact I stopped it a few times when I saw it. I don't think the kid deserves jail time or being branded a child pornographer for the rest his life, but the punishment should fit the crime. I am thinking stripped to his skivvies forced to sit on toilet at the front door of the school. That might make an impression.

I'm not so sure the kid shouldn't walk on the pornography and computer crimes charges...those seem a bit much to me for what was obviously "merely" a cruel prank.

I would bet the kid taking the picture thought this was all kinds of funny, may be changing his mind. I wonder if this is the first time he was being mean so he could look cool to his friends. Oh well he is 18 and should have known better, does not matter to me what they brand him as, he was doing his best to brand another kid.
