Kind of disappointed

I bought my first Taurus and I figured I would go with a revolver. I thought to myself how could they screw that up, they couldn't right? Well I was wrong and found out that the cylinder wall on the revolver is 1/1000 of an inch to thick and it won't cycle rounds. So I haven't even put 1 round down the pipe yet and I already have had to send it in for repair. I was told by Outdoor America that it would take 2-3 months for repair (FML).

Sorry man, that sucks big time. I hope they have the courtesy of covering your shipping costs both ways.

I'll never buy one of their POS guns because of stories like the OPs. There are too many decently-priced, good and reliable weapons on the market to waste time with Taurus.

Thankfully, you found out your gun was broke BEFORE you had to use it to defend your life or the lives of your loved ones.

Please let us know about who pays the shipping. There are some horror stories out there about sending a gun to Brazil with a shipping cost of ~$75 for warranty work on a ~$400 gun.
