I thought it was good, better than most of the CRUD that has come out in recent times. It could have been better, but again I have seen many movies and 95% of it's garbage. The bar for what is a good movie has been steadily lowered.

I gave it a 3/10 just for the effects. That's the only thing about the movie I thought was worthwhile. Crowe looked like he was bored the entire time...like he just wanted to get the whole thing over with so he could get his paycheck.

I thought it was slightly better than Pearl Harbor. I didn't think it was possible to f**k up a movie about Pearl Harbor but Hollywood managed. Big Red 1 Thin Red Line is the all-time worst war movie in the history of movies. Pearl Harbor wasn't quite that bad but it was close.

I was pretty much done seeing Russell Crowe.
The plot of sending in GOOD soldiers to rescue a CIA Agent seems a total waste.

Almost as bad as trading prisoners to get an Anti-American, drug smuggling, he/she/it/PoS back.
