Maybe that's a good deal and maybe not. Looks a little 'rough' to me, still, wonder what year it is and approximately how many hours it might have on the engine?
I'm kinda bettin' that some of the used/rebuilt mower shops (even a thrift like Goodwill) might have something better to offer for close to that amount or just a little more.

Condition: I would recommend a newer mower (better condition) as compared to a cheaper price.
Location: Rick lives in Edmond/OKC area. Limit the search area.
