Ok, been deployed overseas for almost a year now, and may have missed an important decision in a case. A fellow I know was trying to tell me about a case that he had read about. He says he originally read about it (I believe) in North American Hunting Magazine. And later looked up the ruling on the internet. Though he cannot cite a case for me. So I'm asking for those of you in the know to help me out a little. And yes, I did search.
The case has something to do with AR-15s I believe. Possible dealing with caliber conversion and/or SBR status. He told me he believed it was heard and ruled on possibly in November. Anyone aware of anything?
