The space would be rented to the range, and retail business so this is mainly just a land purchase.

This confuses my brain.
The space (land) that the entire building sits on will be rented?
So how is this a land purchase?

Are you saying the land only will cost 2 million?
Or the building completed will be 2 million and the building owners will have to pay rent to have this building on the land? Land that the 2 million does not buy any of.

Please explain.

Is this another 35 yard deal?
I feel we need a legit 100 or 200 yard range with a room all by it's self inside that has solid tables where one could bring their own reloading equipment to make loads and test right there.

As I recall, Sgt. Everett’s was run by a husband and wife team, and they were doing fine until he unalived himself.

The one on Flood in Norman is still there (American Armory & Tactical). I was there just a couple weeks ago.
