Protec. It is the absolute best lubricant and preservative you can use. Nothing even compares. It has been tested against clp, hoppes, and a few other well known brands. They didn't come close. I don't know who all sells it but I know bdc in Shawnee does and you can order direct from them. Www.proteclubricants.com. or i know a dealer. I guarantee you won't ever use anything else. They also have a cleaner for guns. There is a friction test that they perform with this machine. I don't know if you can look at it online but if you can I suggest looking.

I use Walmart 10W-30 Full Synthetic motor oil. It's great in all temps and cleans while it lubes.
Swiss Navy silicon works great
This was highly recommended to me buy the CS rep at KAC, and when I asked about Mobil 1, he said, yeah it works great also.
I have used froglube for about a year now...no complaints at all.
