I had to look it up, it was called many things from Mt Williams to boolit mountain. Taken down in 2006 to make room for that super Target.

I walked over to it when I was instructor flying for OU. Concrete walkway below grade for sailors who raised & lowered new paper targets frames. When I was young and we drove by it, my mother would ALWAYS reminisce to Dad all the sailors she dated there while he was at basic. She would always say they had been at sea for so, so, long. Sad when bulldozer flatten.
