I am getting pretty much fed up with this BS.
These are training exercises that occur in metro areas around the country on a fairly regular basis. These have gone on for a number of years, and the people involved take their oaths to "Protect and Defend" very seriously.

When I was kid, I went on manuvers with the local guard squad as part of my Exporers group. We practiced targeting cows and other squad vehicles in the TOW sights. We got hijacked at gunpoint. we ate MREs. We set up camo nets to disguise the unit. We used public roads. We did not however EVER draw down on civilians, target civilians or fire the weapons. You are telling me that you think it is OK for military/LEO units to practice sub-roof level flights while firing any weapon, full auto or not? Blanks are still loud, they still scare the hell out of people who are scared already. This is total crap. The military branches have specific areas set up for this type of training. Why do they need to put the general public in harms way? psychological and physical harm. Because they are training for something that involves us directly.
If they come after you, the helicopter will have News Channel 5 or Life Savers paint jobs. You know, like urban camouflage. Like the Huey in the Segal movie.

Yeah, no crap. This is blackwater and all the other "corporations" that sell warfare. They have even more money and facilities. I do not find it acceptable that they are allowed to do this. You shouldn't either. This is to make it acceptable. to make it the new normal. So that when they do trigger martial law for whatever made up reason, manufactured event or just for the hell of it, the sheep will accept it as "ribbed for you protection". Either way, we are all fudged right in the fudgefactory with a hand full salt thrown in just to make it sting worse.
Yep, I do. The area was cordoned off and it even made the local news in Miami, complete with video footage. That don't make it much of a secret. Who was in physical danger? Who had the "hell scared out of them"? I saw the footage from Miami, and there was no Omigodniks shown. Like the articles I have read said, it is pre-deployment training and equipment checks. I don't recall hearing the military owned a large metro area in which to practice, but I could be wrong.
Guys, I don't trust the current crop of DC dipshites any more than you do, but this isn't a threat.
