Talked to Dean and he offered to fix any issues. I believe I already have it functional but if I have any issues once I get to fire it he has offered to make it right. Like I had stated before, mine appears to be a singularity and not a representation of 2VA in total. And apparently I typo-ed the email to "dan". My bad.

Guys I don't mean to be a dick about all this, but our business is a reflection on us as people, and when our customer service, quality and reputation are questioned I sometimes get too wound up. Our business also has the "Vets" in the name which is not only a direct representation of our service but reflects upon others who have served. Please accept my apology for going overboard on this situation.
