Technically we were done by the time the sign went in the yard. This was more our fault than our realtor. We pushed to put an offer in on a house ahead of us completing the last few projects.

We are about to build a new house. We have been on the market for about 6 weeks now....TONS of traffic but no bites yet. Bank said we could release our contigency with the builder and start building so now i'm sweating getting this sold BUT we have 7 months and i'm sure we will sell in time....I'd love to avoid the apartment life in the interm!
