New Carry License Design?

I would think the State of Oklahoma would re-design the present Concealed Weapon License for distribution after November 1st to include an Open Carry description. I wonder if they will replace the existing licenses or if they will wait for renewal time? Up to 10 years away for an update would be a long time. Anyone have any info?

I guess I would have to ask the question as to what would be the purpose?

It will simply be a handgun carry license. There will be no reference to Open or Concealed. Your existing license is valid for either type of carry, beginning Nov 1. Upon renewal, you will see the minor change of having the word "concealed" omitted
