1 day closer to the weekend. Its about time I try to get a few hours sleep.
MeWho who who is up?

Have you considered a humidifier for your bedroom? Wife has one that's small and will run when it gets really dry and our allergies start flaring up.Finally, a normal night of sleep- about 7 hours- I been in this mode of crapping out 8-9 o'clock- go to bed and then wake up about 4 hours later- wide awake. Get up- pee- wash my face and put water up my nose dried out from the heat- lay back down and most times don't go back to sleep or only nap till 4-5. Sometimes I get up and work on an appraisal which may make me sleepy. Sometimes I get up and feel like I'm starving- hopefully there's a couple pieces of bacon I saved to make a BLT or a little piece of steak or pork chop maybe the old lady couldn't eat. I even fixed popcorn and chocolate milk one night. I'm going to weigh 500 if I don't get out of this crappy sleep cycle I'm in.
Yes, I run one and keep the vent in my bedroom off with the door closed- gets chili but I guess that's way I grew up in the old farmhouse we had, I can still hear the windows rattle from the dried out puddy in that old place. There was an old steel bed with metal open springs and an old wore out mattress ad about 3-4 of my mom's old quilts or maybe one of dad's old wool army blankets mixed in. I still get dry in the winter- have to keep my noise lubricated and use hand cream or my hands and skin in general really dries out. I even bought a little quart size humidifier for beside my recliner, but there is a mail slot right there too that lets a little fresh air in that I have to stuff a towel in when it's really cold. I won't get out and walk near as much this time of year either. Since I quit bird hunting- winter is a real pain in B for me.Have you considered a humidifier for your bedroom?
