I'm a fan of .22 lr.

If you're looking for 2 gun combos, there are plenty of options.

I have just a few myself:

.45 long Colt = Colt SAA/Winchester Carbine/Uberti Deluxe 1873

9mm =. Marlin Camp 9/any one of my 9mm pistols

.38 spec/.357 mag = Smith revolver/IMI Timberwolf (pump action)/Winchester Carbine

One thing to remember is 22 rimfire is not waterproof. So if you want it to go bang keep it dry.

Fishing is the greatest time killer in the world. I love it, for a few hours, unless the haul is good enough to stay all day

Correct. Several of the members on this forum do this on a regular basis. Good eats.

We used to do this with fish and chickens.

Yes,.22 will kill most game. I killed a turkey with a .22 when i was 11 or 12.
