Dated 1983 and has the name James Tallent.
This came from the Bristow/Tulsa area.

That would be cool to get it back to the family. I don't fakebook, but it seems that is a way to find people that might know.
I agree, but ya never know if some idjit might just think it's cool to have one.
Be nice if you could find the family and ask about the person in question to see if they are/were even a gun owner (to verify it's the right person) before ya mention the certificate. And unless it was stolen, they might not even care.
