Painted sky tonight. The setting sun really lit up the eastern sky with just a little piece of a rainbow.

Those pics bring back so many fond memories of dove hunting out west with my father in law (he passed this summer) and the gang.

I tell you, it was purely ironic. Wife and I were driving home from visiting our youngest son and I took these pictures with my cell phone. Meanwhile, 2 Nikon DSLR's and 2 Nikon mirrorless cameras, with numerous lenses were sitting in the back. The first one was taken from Sara Road north of Hwy 152 in Mustang. The others were taken from Highway 4 going south from Mustang.
