I see it both ways I guess. I'm just not too keen on "ALL" important decisions being left up to a few selected people when it could potientially be a totally different outcome if the peoples voices were allowed to decide. Granted its a double edge sword possibly either way you go on certain issues.

That's how a representative government works...it's structured that way for a reason.

The legislature sure weaseled out of this one. Looks like we just rearranged the deck chairs.

Looks like good news for those of us who support the bill. Not too excited about who they choose to interview. Seems very closed minded. I really can't see Oklahoma turning into the "wild west", like all these libtards are saying. Did all the other numerous states that passed it break out in chaos? Lol

I'm really crossing my fingers for this and campus carry

When I lived in vegas we had open carry, and you didn't even need a CCW first. It certainly wasn't chaos or the wild west. As long as the weapon was visible from 3 sides you were good to go.

Thats what I thought. So why are they still fighting for it?

Ask OK2A. Seems they want to be just like ORA, NRA, and GOA.

When I heard they were pushing a discharge petition, I started to consider getting behind them. Then I saw what bill it was for, and decided that they will never see a dime from me. I (and others) felt snookered.

Where's the research?
I wanna see in what of the many open carry states broke into chaos or "wild west" as the sheople say.

Sounds like alot of emotional input with nothing to back their statements.
Hell, cars are most dangerous than guns. Should we conceal our transportation?

Some people need to lock themselves in their house to prevent a breach in their safety.
