Thank you for your email. You are 100% correct! I do support SB129. May I suggest that you also send your email to Speaker Kris Steele and Floor Leader Daniel Sullivan? They control what gets put on the floor calendar to be heard. If they don’t put it on the floor calendar, we won’t get to vote on it.

I am getting the feeling that the floor leader, Sullivan I believe, is not on our side and is doing everything he possibly can to slow down 2nd amendment favorable bills.

Doublecheck me on this. It just seems that way to me from his wielding of parlimentary procedure. He seemed to be more concerned with revenue impact of self defense related bills than our actual rights no matter how well/ill worded HB1647 is.

Apparently because it's their "open carry" bill, I assume.

At least they are making a big point about the so-called open carry language, and that makes me question OK2A's motivations.
