So I email this OSA member on a shot gun he has for sale. I made an offer, if the gun checks out. He replies "good with me" agrees to meet to let me look at gun. He then emails back later saying "sorry", he has to "back out of the deal", had "recieved a better offer".
Seems like bull **** to me......... you would at the least think he would have emailed me back telling me of the better offer and if I would still be interested.

In my book if you make a deal it's a deal, but all deals are upon inspection. One side checks out the weapon/item to make sure it was as advertised and the other side counts the money to make sure it is the agreed upon amount. If someone makes you an offer you either accept it, reject it, or tell them you'll get back with them. You don't say yes and then back out.
