Whether it was a done deal or not, the feedback is essential, if you ask me.

Tell the tale, and let people decide for themselves, so they know how the guy is liable to act. Then they can be aware if they are making a deal for less than he was asking, he is prone to pulling the deal if he gets a better offer. Whether it's good or bad is in the eye of the beholder, but the facts are the facts, and people should know what this seller does when the opportunity to make more money (ostensibly) arises.

Not the way deals work. once you agree to an offer that's where you stand. Too many jerkoffs not standing by their word these days.
What bothers me most are the ones who put stuff up for sale then decide not to sell even when offered full price. Oh, never mind. Decided to keep this one. Whatever, they were just testing value without really being ready to sell.
