Does anybody know if their on-hand stock is accurate? They have some things I want but don't want to order only to get an e-mail tomorrow saying they don't have it. Last time I did that with Botach it took me 30 days to get my CC refund.

I will say that I have used PSA before, and forgot to add a part to my order. I didn't want to order again because of two shipping charges,

I called and they rang the part over the phone and threw it in the box with the rest of my stuff. Great service. I think they're a different breed of retailer than Botach.

They will have it in stock if it says in stock. They stay on top of their availability
Lol
This was from grab a gun, I ordered a lower last night and the money was tied up immediately, then got this email this morning.

Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, we have had an error in our shopping cart system and it has allowed the out of stock Spikes Lower to be added to your cart. We are very sorry for the error, but we will have to cancel your order and void the charge on your credit card.*

I have bought a lot of stuff from Palmetto State Armory, at one point they were a month behind on shipping and that was before the election. I believe they have hired more staff. Just before Christmas I ordered a couple things and got them in a week. Of course now the wait will probably be longer.

I have never had any problems with items showing to be available then really being out of stock.

Have used them alot since July. Inventory is pretty current. Shipping often takes 30-45 days on some items like barrels and uppers, but may only take a week or two on ammo and other items not made by PSA.

Word of caution, they do screw up from time to time, will short you a part or two in parts kits so pay close attention to what you ordered vs what you get.

They have their own forum on AR15.com in the industry section, which is a good place to stay current on sales and screw ups. You also have the abiltiy to check order status from there.

I'd stay away from them at all costs. They shorted me a part over a month ago on an order. For laughs, try calling their phone number. It's busy 99.9% of the day, then when it does actually go through it puts you on hold over and over, finally it tells you to press 1 to leave a message, then tells you the number is not set up to receive messages. Responses to emails are non existent, no response after 5 emails over 1 month. No response from messages left on their website. The ONLY way to communicate with them was to message them on AR15.com. They said they were sorry and they were going to get it shipped out asap. Another 2 weeks + go by, and I messaged them again and I get a reply. "It should be on its way via Postal Service. If not, it should go out soon. Thank you and I apologize for the delay. Thank you." Just google Palmetto State Armory customer service problems, I wish I would have. I can understand being extremely busy, but it's ridiculous how they treat there customers.
